“Austin and his team have been looking after our son for a number of years. Initially in a communal residential setting, and more recently in his own property, with 24-hour care.
When he arrived in December 2017, he was recovering from a serious brain injury, catastrophic physical injuries, and mental health issues. Throughout his time there, he was looked after extremely well. Both his physical and mental health issues improved dramatically during his five and a half years, thanks mainly to the dedicated care that he received.
When it was proposed that he move into his own home in June 2023, with 24-hour care, we (his family) were very concerned. However, the transition has been very smooth, and our son has never been happier. The care team, handpicked and managed by Austin, have allayed all of our fears and exceeded our expectations.
